Mmmm... don't be shy about your story. I'd like to see Hakkai sock'im The "§$§%§"% thing keeps disconnecting me. GRAH! *swearing symbols like from a comic form over head* 7 1/2 hours with four seeders? You've got to be kidding...

It's totally unoriginal and based on 2 episodes from Gunlock. The only original part was the punch chapter and since then I have found out that it isn't too original either. Oh well, it was fun. Not even my family has read it.
I'm down to only 4 minutes....2minutes...Done... but I have to go get the Meatball heros from the pizzaria, then we're going to watch it. I don't cook on Fridays most weeks. I'm really so lazy at the end of the week. Total download time 2 hours 12 minutes. That was really fast. Usually it's 4 hours.

I have to watch it again but my first reaction is why do they have to take what could have been such an intense episode and make it look so cartoonish? Really bugs me and destroys the feel of the episode. It's been a while since they've animated an episode this way. I'm a little disappointed they chose this one to do it to. Kept waiting for my Husband to complain about the animation, but he didn't. He did want to know how Sanzo was still standing since he is ONLY a human. Good question. Even if every single shot was a crease, 15 creases or so would have you passed out by now. Not totally complaining about the Sanzo torture though. But Gojyo and Goku are down for a short count with just one shot. Loved the Goku punch, but then it turned into Sanzo hitting Gojyo. Not fair. It should have centered on Goku and Sanzo for longer. Going to go watch it again. ;D

So who let the animators watch Looney tunes? I mean really did anyone else feel like the boys fell into an old Wilie coyote cartoon in some parts. Between the stupid looks and the holes in the cliffs. The music for Hazel was straight Bella Lugosi though.
Of course Dr. Ni needs popcorn!!

Oi... *that* is what I call a filler episode. And the animation was straight back to the first batch of Gunlock...
But Goku's punch was so well derserved YES. Sanzo looked a bit dumbfunded, like the fake Gojyo in the Kami-arc... I guess he never thought they would dare to be angry at him. *snickers*
The plot was not very good. Bullets everywhere, Sanzo too stubbern (I agree, *that* is not normal, he was like a duck ina shooting gallery.) to stay down. Can only have been his stubbornness. Or 'miraclous recovery'. At least, they paid attention to the fact that he can't stand properly on one of his leg.
I don't know... should I be scared or looking forward to the next episode?

He probably didn't expect them to be mad, but he would have never have expected Goku to slug him. Sure, he and Gojyo have come to blows, but Goku? And It connected so nicely too.
I liked how Hazel had Gato graze Sanzo to force them to stay back. It was nice to see they cared enough not to rush them at that moment.
As long as they don't have that stupid animation again, I'll look forward to the next episode.
From the previews it looks like Gato falls in the next episode. Again, another "villian" that you really can't bring yourself to fully hate. Now Hazel on the other hand.... Liked seeing him get shot and was glad it was one of the times Sanzo stood up and shot him himself.

I just watched it again, and that look he had just before Goku turned to smack him.. he looked all dopey eyes, like if he was having a hallucination or something. From what I did understand about the dialogue there (and that was really not much), it was about that Goku&Hakkai joked about that Sanzo must like Gojyo a lot for hitting him (and not Goku), and Sanzo screaming that he didn't like the three of them alltogether, on which they said something to the effect of "We don't like you either", and turned around leaving him speechless. BUT as I said, I'm most likely completely off. Talk about off, but if you want to have any indicator as to how out of it Sanzo was, then have a good look at his aiming skills. Only on close range he was able to land a hit on Gato... Yep, Gato will definately depart. I'm somewhat sad about Zakuro, though. I had expected them to make more use of the revived him...

I was sorry about Zakuro too. For someone who was supposed to be such a formidable enemy he sure was defeated a little too easily both times Sanzo crossed his path.
Once Gatos down, Hazel should be easy, but why do I expect that will not to be the case? And there is still creepy ole Nii up on the rocks looking down. I think he will just stay in the background, no matter what, just like he did with Kami-Sama. There's plenty of time for him to win his bet.

Just finally watched it again. Never did get to it last night. Fell asleep at the computer at 3:30 reading and woke up at 4:30 to start my day.
Hazels a better shot than I knew. He was the one who grazed Sanzo to stop the others from charging.
The initial shot dropped Gojyo and Goku and then 2 more shots each kept them down. Were they misses, or grazes?

Just went to The Journey to the Rest website. Kagename Q has spoilers up on her yammer page for episodes 25 and 26, if you dare to look.
Also, there is supposed to be an announcement that she is going to post Today. Mondo important. Hope it's really good news, but we will have to wait till she posts. See update page.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Did i mention: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
Mhm, seeing as her yammerings won't be up until October 3rd, I guess she'll announce some away time?
But, boy, what a preview. Some nifty, sifty suffering ahead for our guys, and who knows, maybe Hazel turns out to be a youkai? Maybe that's the secret behind the amulett... Can't wait.

And who will be the unexpected person to show up? Nii is too obvious, Kou is too expected and Kanzeon would be interesting. The question for her would be, why?
I missed that she wouldn't post until Oct. 3rd. Sometimes she writes about going home to visit, maybe that's where she'll be off to.

Kanzeon would be too convinient, Nii would be obvious, but I'm sure it would shock Sanzo into the next plain of existence... I'd love to see Nii taking away the sutra from Sanzo with that same teasing voice he always has... Kou would be expected, but he wouldn't be more than delivering a good distraction for Sanzo to kill off Hazel. Of course, there's the question as to how seriously the other three of the gang are injured. If they are near death, only Kanzeon can save their butts. Seeing as to how she did that quite a few times in "Journey to the West", it would be okay, I guess... even though it would be somewhat disapointing from an author's POV.

I can't see them using her that way to end the series. It feels too weak, and they always go out strong. Limping along yes, but victorious. Maybe it will be Kou, since he did show up in the original in the same way. He does owe Hazel for a defeat. Nii taking the Sutra. Now that would be a good episode if it were earlier in a LONG season (52 episodes). Can't do something like that at the end unless there is a guaranteed movie shortly after the season ends. Also, would he leave Sanzo alive to suffer after taking it, or would he end the bet and kill him.? Nice ideas for the End of the whole series.
Do you think Sanzo would recognize Nii from his youth?
Oh yes, how seriously are they hurt? And how strong is Hazel? Is he transforming because he is a Demon or is he turning into one because the blood of 1000 demons (maybe it doesn't need to splash you. Watch out Sanzo!!!) Or is the pendant's power doing it? Too many questions.
Hopefully they put the episode up quickly this week because I'm leaving for my parents house in Ohio on Friday morning at 6 am (which means we'll be on the road at 7:30, we're never on time). I may even be away from a computer for 5 days. Don't know if I will be able to do it (starts to shake in fear at the idea).

Mmm... I don't think that Nii would kill him, since the bet has a different goal. But it sure would be a great plot. Sanzo might not recognize him at once, but he definately *will* recognize him at some point. I can imagine that Nii would torture him with telling him about why Koumyou had to die. Thinking of it, Sanzo so far has only killed in self defense, hasn't he? There might have been revenge mixed into it sometimes, but he did not purposely seek out demons or gangsters to kill them. However, if Nii manages to push him beyond that 'self defense' border... What, 5 days without you? *cries* Well, I hope you have an enjoyable time nevertheless.
