Hope school is still going well for you. It must be nice to have a RL friend to be able to have a debate with, or even just a discussion with, over Saiyuki. Considering how boring Laundromats can be, that is the perfect place to have one. I'm sure you had lots of stares during it. But she's NOT a Kenren fan?? You'll just need to kindly show her the error of her ways. ;D Nii is a very interesting character, just a little too odd for my tastes. However, he is the driving force behind so much of what is happening to the Sanzo-ikkou through his experiments and manipulations that he can't be ignored. It's nice to see some of the better stories about him being written. Any luck yet about posting your essay on fictionpress? Just curious. Good luck in school.

I completely forgot about that essay! *headdesk*
Shall go do that, then. >.<
(Nii makes such a good character. Never let him into your head with a pen in reach. He drives the muses crazy with inspiration.)

Business class. Wow, I would like that. I hope you're flight wasn't too bad, even if you like taking care of yourselves. You will have plenty of time to do that in a few years. Back to school, eh? Sorry to hear you didn't feel happy. Hopefully it was only a 'coming-back-to-school-after-being-home'-thing. Good luck with the school work, and have a nice time with your friends.

Yes, business class was -very- luxurious. And I get it when coming back KL-Melbs in September! Woot!
In other news, I'm currently picking my electives for next year, year 10. As I want to work in science, I've picked Life Science (Biology and stuff) and VCE Information Technology. I've decided to do IB (International Baccalaureate) rather than VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) and I'm not quite sure why. I've also been printing out info from the University of Melbourne's site on the B of Science, and everyone thinks I'm crazy because I'm only in year nine. My mum says she wants me to know what I could do.
A few worries and stuff about IB and whether I'll get into High Level maths rather than Standard Level....but that's two years away. Next year, however, is Work Experience and I want to go to Melb Uni for science research or something.
Grrr. *distracts self*
Anybody read that story yet?
I nearly missed dinner tonight. >.< And am also supposed to be in bed. Whoops.

Read it. T'was good. I assumed the man at the end was the one who destroyed everything? [correct me]
Anyway - exactly when are you coming back, and I got into ADmath! Did I tell you already? It's an I*GCSE.

BD: Was it? I haven't read it in a while.... And well done!
I think my server at school has been frozen. I can't delete any files or anything. I also think it's because I copied some kinky 585 lemon to my folder....oh dear.....
If my parents find out, I'm so totally dead it's not funny. I mean, seriously. First off, it's lemon. Then it's slash lemon. Then it's literally 585 - ie. double Gojyo. (There's a fetish on at the moment for 5/8/2005 - literally - from the cloning episodes....)
ARGH I am in so much shyte. (possibly)

Oh, I am so relieved!! Neither Ali's nor Jess's server work either. *faints* Just thought I'd clear that up, now that's I'm at school.
Other issues still remain. >_>

Been ages since I said anything here, really. I suppose I've been a bit caught up with school - which has now ended for the term. I'm back in Malaysia, for three weeks. ^^ (There was a little bit of difficulty in the Melbourne airport as I didn't have a return ticket - the leg back to KL was the return, but anyway.) So I have three weeks (two and a bit, now) of relaxation, catching up with people here, and fic..We're actually going to China this weekend for a week which I'm really excited about...Beijing, Xi'an and somewhere in between. ^^ Can't wait! My mum and bro are now officially moving back to Melbourne at the very end of October/early November, and my dad mid-December. Should prove to be interesting... In other news, my flute exam is about a month away, and I am really really dead.

China...sigh. First Me-Nuriko and now you. When your family moves back to Australia will you continue to live at your school or will they live too far away for you to commute? How long have you been taking flute? And what will the exam be like? My son's girlfriend plays the flute professionally and she teaches it too, along with piano. Do you play any other instruments? I hope you enjoy your trip and vacation.

China was wonderful! We visited the Great Wall (I have some great pictures, I might put them up somewhere), and everything, saw the sights.... =) It was good. We did two overnight trains which was interesting!
When we move back to Aus, we live about five to ten minutes drive from PLC, which is good. I was actually going to go there in year seven, and then we moved to Malaysia.
I've been learning flute since I was in grade five-ish, I think, which makes about five years altogether. I'm doing the AMEB (Australian) exam series, and this year I'm doing Grade Three. (Not for third-graders, it's just the third level.) In the exams you have to play your pieces (in grade three I have three exams pieces selected from a certain book, and three extra pieces from anywhere I like as long as they are of a high enough difficulty), your technical work (scales, arpeggios, chromatic scales, broken chords etc, and it gets so much harder in the higher grades), general knowledge (on your pieces, e.g. asking what does this symbol mean, what does ff stand for etc), adnt hen there's the aural stuff. Which I cannot do. I'm really dreading it. I don't actually learn any other instruments. (There's a girl in my year who learns three and plays seven, damnit.) I used to learn clarinet, but I didn't have enough puff so I switched to flute. Which all the other girls were doing at the time. ^^ Ah, to be in grade five. *With all the age of a 14-year-old*

Tomorrow I fly back to Australia. I won't be coming back to Malaysia again any time soon. I...don't know how to express it...I won't see so many of my friends ever again. And the few that I will see are the ones I don't want to leave at all.
My flight is tomorrow 10am...business class again, I get so lucky sometimes...but I thought it was in the afternoon. Which is scary because I thought I was on the same flight as Li-Ling, but we might not be. Which would mean some serious drama with taxi-ing...and she's not picking up the phone...I'm a little worried but at the moment there is no way I'm telling my mum. How stupid am I?
(That was, by the way, a rhetorical question.)
And now, back to school. *heaves dramatic sigh* I have to work so much harder this term, I know, but if I do get better grades my parent's will go 'Oh it was because we took away your laptop.' I hate it when they do that. Sometimes I really wish I was boarding until year twelve in a country seriously far away and only had to see my parents once in a while. Okay, I might be overdoing it a little, but it would be one heck of a lot easier...they make your life such a hassle... I'm a such a little teenage angster, aren't I.

Wow, long time nothing. Whoo. Busy or nothing happening; I guess it's a bit of both. My mum's back in town, with my brother, and they're both staying chez Nana. Dad's in Jakarta for another month, then in Malaysia for a week, before moving back here. Mum and I made him promise he won't go back to work until February - I think he should fix up the garden. XD Visited our house yesterday - the new carpet's down, the cork floor's been redone and it's good to walk on. I finally saw my room again (part of it's been repainted, the whole house has). It looks great. The main part of moving in I'm looking forwards to is the house itself - having my own bathroom, own bedroom - rather than the people in it. Which could become rather interesting. Mum and I are going to have some great fights. There's a school trip going to Paris, St Petersburg and Moscow next September, and if I want to go I have to contribute monetarily. Therefore: summer job. And during school too. I'm so looking forward to it. I need money like you would not believe (I hate being short of cash here at the boarding house, it's hard to manage stuff like birthday presents), and I really want to go to Paris. XD So I might work at our local pizzeria as a waitress, or at Rivers (a clothes store which none of my friends will come into, thank heaven), or at Baker's Delight, or any of the cafes up the road. Assuming one of these places accepts me. >< I'd love to work at Sergio's (the pizzeria), but anywhere is great. (Depending on the pay. The minimum junior wage is now AUD$4.75 per hour. I think that's about US$3.50. Nooothing.) And OMG!!!one Serene got her sister (or mum, I'm not sure) to buy me Reload Gunlock! The whole season, I am led to believe! For forty ringgit. Oh, I can't believe it! They are only VCDs rather than DVDs but still! XD XD Wow. That's some major happy. And so cheap. About US$10, perhaps. Wow. Wow. *guh* (B_D, you have seen all of Gunlock, right?)
