Be patient. Everything will be revealed soon... and I can just say that your skills as a writer will be challanged.

patient, what be this word Patient?
Skills, we have skills?
Topic, is there a topic?
Had to go for the traditional 3 questions for this one. SO are we doing a specific section, like Saiyuki. Will it be a you have to use these 5 articles in a story. I think something like "a funny thing happened on My way to the west" would be fun for everyone to try. Not that we don't think of all kinds of thing we think is fun to do to characters.
My latest brain storm was for a Sanzocus type story. The guys are all gladiators and they revolt against the system. But maybe that one is inspired by watching Gladiator and imagining Sanzo having to run around in a leather skirt. ;D
So that and many many more questions to be asked.

Oi, therhoda, I'd love to see you pulling that story within the limits of the contest. I'm really looking forward to the stories... Who knows, maybe the one or other manages to write so good that I'm going to look into a new fandom.

Ya know what the real tough part for me for challenge #1 is? coming up with an idea that short. I'm terrible at writing short stories. But, I'm going to try my best. *puts on her thinking cap*

Well Sanocus will have to wait. Sorry to say as you guys know I have to do a lot of build up for a real story. To keep inside to contest lines I am having to go with some less original. But hey that is the point right to help us go outside our safe little boxes.

Yupyup. That's why it's called a "challenge". Reminds me... *gets brush, ink and '1001 tantras for beginners'*... Oohh, Sanzooooo! ;D

I'm with Salmastryon here. The most difficult challenge is to make a story this short. But I'll do my best, too.

Actually, the difficult thing for me would be writing something other than romance. That's basically all I write. Though, it will be a great challenge. Wonderful idea, I must say.

The most difficult thing about this challenge is to find the time for writing... *sigh*

I'd have to agree with you there. Time is not something that's on my side right now. But, I'll find some, this is very interesting and challenging. ;}

I'm starting to realize the time problem myself. Need to get the outline written down in the next couple days.
