TWO MONTHS??? I've been good for TWO WHOLE MONTHS??? Oh nonono, this cannot continue. ;D ;D ;D I know work has been terrible and busy and hectic but Hakkai H/C is always such a nice stress release for the writer as well as the reader and Toasted Testicles and painful Rabies shots are great to write if you pretend it's a boss instead of our beloved foursome. ;D (Though it's certainly more fun to read if it's our guys on the receiving end.)

I'm sorry but I haven't written anything in the past two months (outside of the stuff at the workshop). To be honest, I haven't any brains to write - I'm glad an happy if I'm able to relax on an episode of jdrama in the evening.
For the moment, all of my stories are indefinitely on hold.

I am truly sorry that RL is so hectic for you and equally sorry that you don't have time to do something that once meant so much to you, and hopefully still does. I will miss your stories and can only hope that you will get a chance to write again soon.

Last but not least... Chapter 17 of "Simply Love" is posted as a preview in The Breakroom (http://the-breakroom.livejournal.com/). It will go online on ffnet sometime later this week.
Comments and constructive criticism, as always, welcome.

What a wonderful surprise was waiting for me in my email this morning. Of course, I'm already dying to see how you will tie it all up in just one more chapter, but I promise (whimper, whimper) to TRY ;D and be good.
;D I am doing a happy dance. ;D I'm so happy. I had missed this story so much.

I second chris on that. I wasn't so much dancing *awooga* as snorting hystterically. Thank you, thank you thank you! I will leave something coherent after some sleep and after the hypervantilation has stopped! zan

I was feeling a bit nostalgic and wanted to go back and re-read our discussions about the Awooga scene. So long ago and so much fun to re-live that time. I hadn't realized the whole discussion had taken place in the *Slaves of Fate* thread. Here is the real start of at all (and I quote Optimoose/kanshu):
Oi, I just can't resist a challange if my abilities are doubted! My ego won't allow it. *sigh* That's so pathetic...
Well, there was this idea of having Sanzo dancing around butt naked, with tantras scribbled all over his body, shaking his arms and legs wildly while yelling Awooogawoooga" on top of his lungs - to revive a certain dead character, who would certainly come back to life just to see Sanzo do such a thing. [/i] The rest is here:

Thank you for that link. Yes I think I remember reading it awhile back , when I used to just 'lurk' and read stuff around here. (I was too shy with all these wonderful writers... ) I am glad it did finally make an appearance. Although I was caught out. I got the alert for th chap. early in the morning(4 am) and was torn between having to sleep and reading it. So I read it, I was later then torn between yawns and hysterics, after.

I know you do not plan on finishing Simply Love but many of us who have been following your story for more than two years were wondering if you could share your outline for how you planned on finishing the story?
As a side note, I have saved Simply Love to my computer. It is too wonderful a story, even in its incomplete state, to lose.

I saw your updated message on your bios page.
I also have saved to my hard drive 'Simply Love' as well as your both the 'Dwellers' stories.
Dwellers has such depth and beauty and imagery I would be sad to lose if I coldn't read them again, as much as it is for pleasure as it teaches me.
Simply Love for the same reasons that the Dwellers stories, is pure love also!
I will be sad to see the rest of the fics go should you decide to pull them off. I have read your works and they have taught me much. More than that I cannot say really.
Thank you.

*hugs* You know, you're one of the reasons why I kept writing. I can't even say how much I owe you for that!
Dwellers isn't lost. I plan on making that an original novel, and since it's based on the characters from "Journey to the West", there won't be too much of a change in the setting etc outside of some name changes.
Simply Love... I'll pobably won't finish, unless something happens that will put me back into the emotional setup to write Saiyuuki. At the moment, it's just very painful to write the characters at all. Sorry!
