I don't know how many people here have written original fiction and finally gotten a great plan, but then gotten stuck between two landmarks. Actually, this goes for fan fiction as well as original, but because I'm the creator of The Legends of Kaizor, I can't go off and read source material from elsewhere.
I've got everybody settled down in Kou's castle, but I need to get them from there to walking down the road where they run into their next nemesis. But what am I going to do? Just have them step out the front door? I can't even finalize a conversation as they head out.
Any suggestions, even ideas of silly short stories unrelated to getting them out of that stupid castle, should help. Maybe one of these ideas will finally break down this hurdle and I'll be able to get a peaceful night's rest.

Well... why do people usually leave the house? - shopping for food - going to the movies - invitation to some festivity (like, wedding, receiving some medal, birthdays, 500 year anniversary of city center...) - visiting their friends (for example, for a party, for talking about old times, because the friend is sick) - moving to a new place - going to work - travelling - having outlived their welcome at the place they stay There are plenty more reasons, of course...
