WEll as I have said before I love the thing I have a dance I do when they show up. but then that is me.
I just got done getting Hikaru No Go the anime and the 2 episodes with Chibi Sai had me in stitches. I was like it is so cute, and when I get better quality everyone can expect me to make an avatar of him doing a jump kick.

I would love to see your Chibi dance Rhoda. ;D Me-Nuriko, I watched all of DragonHalf anyway and wanted more. It was *interesting*, even with the chibis interrupting the flow. This anime jumped back and forth, not only to show emotion but for large portions of the show. The guys on Getbackers are so cute, I think that's why I don't like it during the show, even for showing emotions. It just makes them look strange. My son Sean loves chibis and loves to try and torture me with them. See, you're not alone Rhoda.

I like chibis to look at they are cute and adorable. And they are good in omakes also. As for going chibi in a regular episode for some animes it is okay like MKR, but for other it seems to be used overly much.
I've gotten halfway decent at drawing chibis too as you may or maynot have noticed.

Salma Those are the type of chibis I like. The still picture ones. Especially hand drawn ones. Your chibi of Hakkai with Me-Nuriko's cat and my dragon is too cute. For some reason I don't think of it as a chibi though. It's Just CUTE. And Effy is just perfect.
See, Rhoda, I guess I do like some chibis. ;D

I guess I am slowly being converted to liking Chibis more than I thought. I was at a Import store and they had the most adorable Chibi collection from Bleach that I just had to buy. The only character I couldn't get was Ichigo himself so I bought a chibi keychain of him. I also bought a chibi keychain of Fai that I proudly carry, not that anyone recognizes who he is.

I don't mind some chibiness. I think it is quite funny when i've seen it in The Getbackers, how Ginji becomes 'chibi-fied' when a certain skinny goth complete with long figure hugging cloak and hat appears. I think I would be reduced to a babbling idiot if such a person truly exists and I happened to meet him! ^_~
Yeah I bought a pair of Tsubasa Chronicles collar pins and I let Shahrazad have first pick and she chose Fai so I gor to keep Kuro, which is fine by me. We both wear ours proudly, but not many people recognise them here either!
So have you seen any of Tsubasa Chronicles, or do you read the manga. I would love to get them but the Del Rey translations are way too expensive. So we have to make do with the series when Animax Asia decided to air them!

I have watched the Tsubasa anime (fan subbed at the moment, when they release it, I plan to buy it) and I have the manga, I just haven't had time to read it yet. And I saw today that volume 10 is out so I am a few behind.
I guess my favorite chibis that I own are a set of four Saiyuki Gaiden mugs that kanshu sent to me last summer. I use Kenren or Tenpou almost every day and they only get washed in the top part of the dishwasher so they won't get damaged. My husband alternates between Konzen and Goku, though he prefers chibi Goku with the frog ashtray balanced on his head. She also sent me the collar pins. They were packaged in a great metal box and are proudly displayed along with my figurines.
