Wow! I haven't been here in a bit, and I actually have responses! LOL. Anyway, I'm glad you're interested in it, Salmastryon. Unfortunately, I've been bogged down with writer's block on this story ever since I lost the outline just after posting the first chapter. I will try to get working on it more now that I do see that there is interest in the story (haha), and don't worry, your questions will be answered in due time. In short, I am stuck, but I haven't abandoned it, so please be patient with my posting speed, LOL.

I've considered reading this, but the thing stopping me is that I've never seen the anime...as I've said (at least in my little bio), the only anime I'm familiar with is Inuyasha. However, a friend of mine seems to be a fan (seeing as how he has a guide book to the first few seasons).
Does this fandom (or at least this fanfic) require extensive knowledge of the series, or is it one I could "jump into" with just what I remember from reading my friend's book a while ago?

Hm... good question, Ganheim. You might need some knowledge of the series to read it, but then again I think it's also quite possible to read it without any knowledge of the series whatsoever. There may be a bit of confusion as to the characters' roles, or just getting comfortable with them, but otherwise you could probably just jump right in. (I do have a reader who has read it without seeing the series, and he seems to have caught on to the basic premise.)
I dunno, it's up to you. ^^ Other stories in the fandom do require more knowledge on the series than this one. Anyway, thanks for stopping by! ;D

I actually rea dht efirst few chapters of Desperation. (After my friend rented the DVDs and we watched FMP, I fell in love. Not quite as in love as with IY or RK, but I do like FMP.) Very nice, and I'm almost as anxious for an update on this one as Tada...blah... (I'm sorry; You know I love hte story, but the name forever escapes me unless I'm looking at it...that and I'm beyond tired tonight). And ASW's epilogue was up today! Yayness... Must finish reading fic... I read the first few chapters, get pulled away, come back sometime much later, and then have to reread what I read and never get past the first four chapters or so... I'm such a dork... BUt I was talking about Desperation, wasn't I? LoL. Very nice. cheers,Kellen

Hey, thanks Kellen! ^^ I'm glad you're enjoying it so far! Sadly, though, I'm still incredibly stuck. It'll take me more time yet to continue "Desperation" due to mega writer's block. >< I do have plans to continue it eventually, though! I can promise you that! XD Thanks again for the kind comments! *blush* Especially since I know how excellent your stories are as well!
