Due to cold & fever, the update scheduled for this weekend will probably be pushed back for a few days. The chapter's title is "Deliquescence" The chapter is currently at 2000 words and with two scenes that are not finished yet, so estimated end length should be around 2400 words. It's a Gojyo-POV chapter, since I neglected the poor guy a bit before. (and with that information, I'll drag my body back to bed...)

I second that notion. Being sick is no fun Don't push yourself too hard to write the chapter. Getting Moose all better should be top priority.

Thanks for the get-well wishes. The fever's considerably down today, thanks to spending most of the day in bed asleep. And Salma, I hope that you will do better soon, too!

Ack, I am sorry you feel so sick. Are you getting your fluids and such? Rest is good but Hydration is key when you have a fever.
Anyway big hugs and lots of good wishes.

I hope you are feeling better. I am really looking forward to this chapter. Thanks to you and Me-Nuriko, the way I feel about Gojyo has changed. I'm looking forward to his POV .
Any teases to hold us until you update?

Doing much better, thanks. ;D
Teaser... Mhm. Not a real teaser, but since the chapter gets so delayed, here's some good humoured Hakkai and Gojyo conversation from somewhere in the fic:
That darned chapter is at 2500+ words and no end. Oh my.

I'm glad you're feeling better. And I am very eagerly waiting for you to update this, too. Both your ongoing Saiyuki stories are so good, and you're a ... teaser.

2500+ words just means there will be more for us to enjoy! I would never complain about long chapters in your stories.
MMM, good tease. It must be from near the end, they seem more carefree. A far cry from now, with all the angst they are suffering through. (More, we want more.)

It's more now... but I'm struggling with mending the last fragments of the final scene of the chapter together. I hope to be done today or tomorrow latest. New estimated length is 3000+ words. As for the scene... you'll see. *Yawns* Wanna go back to sleep. Too darn early to get up.

It's done... The chapter will go into the beta phase now. ;D
Oh, reminds me... I thought you might like this small fratgment from the current chapter:
;D
Ah well, just a few more days, and the truth will be revealed.

It's always too early to get up.
Small, yes, but Awww. Ok, I can wait, I can wait, I can wait....I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
Sorry about that. It's 7 am and I'm coming off a 3 day week-end and I really DO NOT want to go to work. I hate Tuesdays that think they are Mondays.

LOL! ;D *dangles chapter under cesmith's nose* You know, Gojyo complained about them suffing all the time, and that he really hated the person who makes them suffer. But I killed that line. Yup. And I fully agree about Tuesdays that pretend to be Mondays. At least, it means you'll just have a short week of work.

Dangled chapter= incentive to get day over and hopefully will help me wait to read whole chapter. You just might need another tease to do that though.
Ah, the power of the keyboard. But to kill such an honest complaint, where is your sense of justice?
That is true about a shorter week. Once my brain finally accepts that truth, that is. It's still pretending it's at the cook-out on Sunday and sleeping late on Monday.

OptiMoose: Give me that chapter, now! Arghh, you're teasing is just too much. ;D Short work weeks? I'm on my fifth working day (at a home for mentally retarded) in a line of nine. Sigh. As an unemployed I have to take what job I can when it's offered to me. Does anyone need a javaprogrammer or a webdesigner, by chance? Just let me know.
